Technology Roadmap

From live EMS today to Smart HES tomorrow

Our platform evolves in three clear phases — each building on a proven, production-tested foundation toward utility-scale AMI infrastructure across India.

Three Phases

Platform evolution 2026–2030

NOW — 2026
Phase 1 — Foundation
Live Energy Management Platform
Production-deployed EMS with proven reliability across real sites — the foundation everything else builds on.
Real-time EMS with live meter monitoring
Prepaid metering & automated billing
IoT data collector fleet management
Multi-site, role-based access control
Customer mobile app (Android)
Third-party REST API
UPI, cash & online payment gateway
White-label & channel partner support
NEXT — 2027–28
Phase 2 — Smart HES
Smart Head-End System
Utility-grade meter management infrastructure for large-scale multi-site and utility deployments.
Multi-protocol integration (DLMS/COSEM, IEC)
Meter onboarding & provisioning at scale
Event, alarm & tamper management
Firmware & configuration management
Secure communication layer
Advanced load forecasting
Demand analytics & optimisation
HES API for utility MDMS integration
FUTURE — 2029–30
Phase 3 — AMI Platform
Advanced Metering Infrastructure
National-scale smart grid platform for utilities, smart cities, and government programmes.
Utility-scale AMI — millions of reads/day
RF Mesh / Cellular / NB-IoT support
Meter Data Management (MDM)
AI-based anomaly & theft detection
Water, gas & multi-utility monitoring
Smart grid integration
Smart city project support
Government & utility tender-ready
Milestones

Progress timeline

2026 — NOW
First Live Production Deployment
Aadhya SmartGrid platform successfully deployed and operating across a live multi-meter site — delivering real-time monitoring, prepaid energy management, and operational insights. This validates platform scalability, reliability, and readiness for multi-site rollout.
2026–2027 — IN PROGRESS
Multi-Site Expansion
Expanding to additional housing societies, industrial sites, and commercial buildings. Deepening channel partner relationships and white-label deployments. Continuous platform hardening and feature development based on real deployment learnings.
2027–2028 — PLANNED
Smart Head-End System (HES)
Building utility-grade HES capabilities on top of the proven EMS foundation — multi-protocol meter integration, large-scale provisioning, tamper detection, and HES API for MDMS integration. Target: enterprise and utility customers.
2029–2030 — VISION
AMI Platform — Utility Scale
National-scale Advanced Metering Infrastructure capable of supporting millions of meter reads per day, NB-IoT and RF Mesh communication, AI-based anomaly detection, and multi-utility monitoring for water, gas, and electricity. Target: utilities, smart cities, government programmes.
